On a regular basis, we run in to customers that are so far away from a fully automated environmment, that they just don’t knon where to start. Combining our Connector Framework with a simple CRM front-end, allows us to increase efficiency up to 90%. The Connector Framework allows us to call our customers API to gather customer data, which can be presented on simple front-end screens fo the CSR to check. CSR then can add missing data and commit the changes, resulting in an API call to a third party API for e.g. provisioning or logistics. The result can be shared by email, API or on-screen.
