Together with MaxBill we have set up a SaaS platform that our clients run on. That gives you a proven billing and CRM foundation without having to invest in licences, administration or upgrades yourself.
Remote management
AVSystem develops software that lets internet providers manage the equipment at their customers' premises remotely. We use their TR-069 platform to offer our clients a remote management environment. Modems and routers are configured, updated and monitored remotely. A fault can often be fixed while the customer is still on the phone, instead of sending out an engineer.
