What we do with your data when you visit this website or send us a message. In short: as little as possible.
This website belongs to Integrio B.V., de Schans 19-45, 8231 KA Lelystad, the Netherlands. We are responsible for the data that comes in through this website. Questions about your data can be sent to info@integrio.nl or asked on +31 (0)320 29 44 22.
The form asks for your name, your organisation, your email address, a subject and your question. We only use this to answer your question and for the contact that follows from it. We may do so because you ask us for a reply yourself.
The form does not store your message on the website. It is sent as an email to our mailbox, and you receive a confirmation. The website log only records the time, the subject and whether sending succeeded, no name, address or message text.
To prevent abuse, the website counts how often a message comes from the same internet address. That address is encrypted first, so it is not stored readably on the server, and counts older than a day are dropped.
Like every web server, ours keeps track of which pages are requested: the internet address, the time, the page and the type of browser. We only use this to keep the website secure and working, for example to recognise attacks. These logs are deleted automatically after 14 days.
This website sets no cookies and keeps no statistics. There are no adverts, social media buttons, or scripts and fonts from other parties. That is why we never ask for your consent.
We do not sell your data and do not pass it on to others for their own purposes. Two parties do process it on our behalf, under a data processing agreement:
We keep messages sent through the form or by email for as long as needed to handle your question and the contact that follows from it. We keep the web server logs for 14 days.
The website only works over an encrypted connection (https). The settings of the form are kept outside the website, and only Integrio's administrators can access the server.
You may ask us which data we hold about you, and have it corrected or deleted. You can also object to its use, have its use restricted, or request your data to take it elsewhere. Email info@integrio.nl; we reply within one month.
If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, please let us know. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
If the website changes in a way that means other data is processed, we will update this statement. The date below shows when that last happened.
